small movement, big difference!

besides the exercise, a good and balanced diet is also an important point to mantain a healthy lifestyle. if you are fans of junk food, perhaps you have to put a little more effort in order to lead a healthier lifestyle. here are some easy ways to take the first steps to changing your diet.
  • for lunch

-make a healthy sandwich. choose whole grain breads, less meat and lots of tomatoes, onions or other vegetables. go with the light mayonnaise, or use a low-fat one. add a piece of fruit for a healthy lunch.

  • tea time

-if you need a snack and you find yourself staring at the vending machine, choose a low-fat yoghurt instead of ice cream. yoghurt is a good source of calcium.

  • drink healthy beverages. skip the sweet and sugary soft drinks and enjoy fresh water. 100% fruit or vegetable juice or low-fat milk instead.

  • eat fish at least twice a week.if you don't want to eat fish, buy some flax seed oil. you can drizzle the oil on sandwiches, vegetables or salad.

  • the trick to healthy living is making small changes, taking more steps, adding fruits to your meal, having extra glasses of water.
