-what u need to do is managed your food taking
for example: if u take nasi lemak,take in the morning only,its because,nasi lemak have lot of energy.. this need in the morning only..not suitable if u eat for lunch,and more dangeres if u take for your dinner..it can coz your body get energy that our body no need. therefore u get obesity. 
-u also can diet  - low fat diets
    -low carbohydrate diets
    - low calories diets 
    - very low- colories diets
- follow pyramid food it enough to stay healthy. 
2ndly: let do some exercise per day.
- what u can do is walk evry evening,morning - 10-30 minute 
- jog in the morning or in the evening  2day per week
-go to swimming,and others sport that help u stay healthy.
what important is : dicipline yourself..
 
 

i agree with you wani.. if you dont have time to do the exercise, just practise this :

- walk to your class
- join game with your friends such as football, futsal, dance club, swimming and others..
so, you all can have fun during your exercise..interesting right? you all should try this..
